Shipments within the UK are fulfilled from our warehouses across the United Kingdom as soon as your order is verified. Since most items are made to order, we require 1-3 days to prepare and pack your order before dispatch. Processing and shipping may take up to 48 hours during business days (Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm). Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.

We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, it may take longer, particularly during the peak season around year-end sales.

Regrettably, we cannot assume liability for packages that have been misplaced or stolen. When the tracking number indicates a successful shipment and the address furnished during checkout corresponds precisely to the destination we dispatched your order to, we must clarify that we cannot be held accountable in the event of package misplacement. Please understand that packages that have been stolen or lost are ineligible for refunds.

If you use our tracked service, any shipments outside of Zones 1–3 we do not guarantee will be shipped with a tracked service; for this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery, and any lost mail will not be compensated.

Royal Mail Tracked International (7-10 business days after dispatch) - $20.00, additional item £1.20

Orders under $800 going to the EU will not be subject to any fees or taxes, but there may be import fees to pay for orders over €150.

Europe (EU) - FREE EU SHIPPING on all orders over £100

Senay is based in the UK and your order will be shipped from here. Please note you are responsible for the payment of any import fees or duties specific to your country.
