You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original resalable condition. Items should include any original packaging (where applicable). Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks, and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.

This is crucial to safeguard against delays or losses during transit. We suggest using ROYAL MAIL Tracked for domestic returns. For international returns, please arrange through reliable tracking services such as UPS, DHL, or DPD.
Include Pertinent Information: To expedite the processing of your return, make sure that the return package includes all pertinent information, such as your Order number, your Name, and a concise reason for the return.
Proof of Receipt Return: Keep a copy of the receipt showing that you have posted the return and any tracking information provided by the shipping service. This will be essential for tracking the return.
